Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit run down and dark, and the traffic noise from the main road was noticeable. On the bright side, the service was extremely friendly and informative, making up for some of the shortcomings. The location was convenient, though the constant buzz from the lift was a bit annoying. Dining was on the expensive side, but the morning options were amazing.
The hotel is located a bit further out from the city center which is great for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were top-notch after being redecorated, and the service was very good, though a little touch-up wouldn't hurt. The dining options, while abundant, can be underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, a beautiful area near De Pijp with on-site bike rentals.
I've had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a lovely view of the canals. The service was top-notch, particularly from Miss Kim who checked us in. The location was quiet and inviting, close to the city center. The dining options were a bit hit or miss, but the restaurant overlooking the canal was a highlight. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor hiccups.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were really nice and clean, but the smell of cleaning fluids was a bit overwhelming at first. However, the service was top-notch, with the staff being extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but the dining options were a bit lacking in selection and the prices were on the higher side.
My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The room I stayed in was really nice, but it had a crazy smell of cleaning fluids that I couldn't bear. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Suki the manager who gave us lots of insider information on what to see. The location was perfect with easy access to various key areas of the city. However, the dining experience was unfortunately not very good and overpriced compared to other options. The facilities were satisfactory, although there were some minor issues. The value for money was fair considering the overall experience.
The hotel rooms are quite comfortable and clean, offering plenty of space, although the noise in the morning could be a bother. I didn't opt for the pricey €22 breakfast. Our friends on the 4th floor found their rooms a bit small in comparison.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The receptionist was initially reluctant to change my room, but I finally got a room with a view of the rowing club. The proximity to the elevator meant constant elevator noises were a nuisance, and the room wasn't ready upon arrival. However, the service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff, and the location offered easy access to the old center and beautiful canal views. The dining experience was superb, with an extraordinary selection, while the facilities were adequate.
